Based off multiple intelligence theory that we all learn in a highly integrated ways being individually partial to certain types of learning– visual, kinesthetic, verbal, introspective, existential, etc — idea is we produce work in highly differentiates ways, although I suspect a high correlation between being a visual learner for an example and a visual producer— looks at both sides learning and producing and matches clients to careers which maximizes their production skills, has an org chart:manager style optimal for their personality and working style, keeps them engaged to continue learning more, grow as a professional and give back to the company
