“A Little About Me” survey– compilation of introspective questions meant to cue inspired reflection on one’s identity, purpose, values and stimulate distinct vision of future professional endeavors.
“Spheres of Influence” survey– outline of social media fingerprint; sources networks, followers, followships, sharing behavior, etc.
“Stumbled & Noted” survey– collection of bits and pieces from your life that you’ve found particularly interesting or inspiring which will be important clues to future insights (news articles, college paper, blog post, inspiring quotation, book, painting, infographic, etc)
“Acquired Resources” survey– quick overview of services or content you have already invested in to help your career goals (formal education, online classes, GRE study books, tutors, resume assistance, career coach, etc)
“Distilled Expert” survey- aggregation of key resources, influencers, companies, and associations dedicated to a certain industry of professional niche
