Top level domain- homepage so searching for: disney.com jobs ; would return anything associated with disney.com so say they actually have their jobs page under the disneyjobs.com domain it would be returned, but if the search was “disney.com” jobs then it would isolate only to disney.com which could leave out other domains if they exist

.gov or .org or .ca to search for jobs in certain sectors or certain countries

like words: jobs, career, careers — use ~jobs  — the tilde means include similar words to jobs in the search

-Discover the culture of a company use: “working at (insert company name)”  Can find stuff on company website but also blogs, reviews, youtube videos, any info about working there not just from the company

People: “name (“location,” “company” or “organization”) — how to find advocates, look at blogs, influencers to find advocates, look at conference attendee posted lists,

Alerts: set alerts for when a company updates their career page with new jobs search: jobs (“company A or Company B)” or you can follow a person “reid hoffman” and ~acquisition
